Delete your Start2Load account

1. Sign in to Start2Load, in the app or at start2load.com.
2. Open Settings.
3. At the bottom of the page choose "Delete account" and confirm with your password.

If your company details are still being checked, "Delete account" is at the bottom of that page instead.

• Your name, email address, phone number, password and profile photo.
• Your sign-in links and the devices registered for notifications.
• Your notifications and your saved partners.
• Your load and transport listings, which are taken down, and your open negotiations, which are withdrawn.
• Your company's catalogue entry, contact person and documents, if you are the last person at the company.

Orders you completed and the messages around them stay in the records of the companies you worked with, because they are those companies' business records too. They no longer show your personal details.

An account with an order that is agreed but not yet delivered cannot be deleted. Finish or cancel the order first.

Write to info@start2load.com from the email address of your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
